Additional information
Registration fee for all the participants covers participation in the conference, including entrance badge and the bag, coffee/tea/refreshments and lunch during the days of conference, and entrance to the get-together event on the September 16 evening. No more than two papers may be presented by one registered participant.
An accompanying person fee covers participation in the conference, coffee/tea/refreshments and lunch during the days of conference, and entrance to the get-together event on the on the September 16 evening. Accompanying persons fee does not entitle to present papers. Accompanying persons may take part in events organised especially for them, after prior registration and payment of an additional fee. The detailed program of these events and their corresponding participation costs will be presented in November 2025. Each participant may be accompanied by one person only.
All paper authors are required to register and make payment no later than June 15, 2026 to ensure the inclusion in the program and in the conference proceedings.
Registration and payments of other conference participants will be possible until September 4, 2026.
Payments will only be possible via the conference registration system. No payments will be made on site.
A wish to participate in the gala dinner (an additional cost of 150 Euro net) and/or post conference event (an additional cost of 150 Euro net) may be indicated on the registration form by checking appropriate checkboxes.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made before July 15, 2026 will be refunded in full, minus a 100 Euro cancellation fee. From this date, no refunds will be issued.
