The Organizing Committee of the Eurosteel 2026 Scientific Conference would like to kindly remind all authors that the acceptance of a submitted paper alone is not sufficient to ensure its inclusion in the official conference proceedings.
To qualify for publication, at least one author of each accepted paper must complete the conference registration process and pay the applicable registration fee by 16 June 2026. In accordance with our agreement with the publisher, all conference materials will be transferred for publication on that date.
Please note that payments received after 16 June 2026, while still accepted for conference participation, cannot guarantee the inclusion of the corresponding paper in the official conference proceedings.
We would also like to remind participants that a single registration fee covers the publication of up to two papers. Authors wishing to publish more than two papers under a single registration will be required to pay an additional publication fee. Papers exceeding this limit for which the corresponding fee has not been paid will be removed from the publication list.
These requirements also apply to participants who have already completed their registration but have not yet confirmed payment of the required conference fee.

Poster Session at Eurosteel 2026

We are pleased to announce that a poster session will be organized during the Eurosteel 2026 Conference.
Participants who would like to present their work in the form of a poster presentation instead of a traditional oral presentation are kindly invited to contact the Organizing Committee at contact@eurosteel2026.org

Requests to participate in the poster session should be submitted by 14 June 2026.
Participants who have already indicated their interest in presenting a poster during the conference registration process do not need to take any further action.

Early-Bird Payment Deadline Update

In response to numerous requests, as well as due to the ongoing review process of submitted papers, the Organizing Committee of the Eurosteel 2026 conference has decided to extend the early-bird registration deadline until Friday, April 17th of this year.
After that date, the full registration fee will apply.

We kindly inform that the process of submitting full papers for EUROSTEEL 2026 Conference has been definitively closed.

Although the deadline for full paper submissions was January 15, 2026, we received many requests to include papers submitted after the deadline, and we have made every effort to accommodate these requests.

However, we regret to inform you that due to our obligations to the publisher of the conference proceedings, no further extensions are possible. Participants who wish to attend the conference without having their paper published in the proceedings, but who would still like to present their work orally, are kindly requested to contact the organizer (contact@eurosteel2026.org).
