The Gala Dinner will be held on September 17th from 19:00 to 23:00 in the conference hotel's ballroom, consisting of the interconnected and specially arranged Krakow 1 and Krakow 2 rooms. Those who have paid for this Gala will receive special admission tickets upon registration. These tickets will be checked at the entrance to the ballroom.
